Return Policy

All sales at Madpoppin/Madpoppin.com are final. Please make sure that your order is correct prior to checkout. We cannot accept returns or exchanges, with exception to the special conditions outlined below: 

Madpoppin Error:

  • If we made a mistake, such as sending the wrong item, please contact us at info@madpoppin.com within 15 days of receiving the item(s) and we will begin processing your return and replacement at no additional cost to you.
  • Photos of the incorrect item(s) may be required, and a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) will be issued.
  • In order to be eligible for a return, you must email info@madpoppin.com. If your shipment qualifies for a return, instructions will be provided. Any/all returns sent back without return authorization will be refused.

* If your return is approved, all items must be in the original, factory-sealed packaging and in the same condition that they were received. Products that have been opened, tampered with, played with or altered, will not be eligible for return.

Damaged Boxes:

While we always take extra special care in packing and shipping your items, we cannot guarantee that your item(s) will always arrive in flawless/mint condition. With so many different interpretations of the collector grading scale, our definition of mint may vary from yours. A small bend, scuff or indentation on exterior packaging can occur at any point in the manufacturing, supply or shipping processes and we are unable to accept any returns due to this. Please take this into consideration prior to placing your order with us. If you have any questions about the condition of any of our items, please do not hesitate to contact us prior to making your purchase. We will be more than happy to answer your questions.

    Shipping Damage:

    • All products purchased and shipped from Madpoppin.com will be shipped by a third party carrier. As a result, title and risk of loss or damage for such merchandise will pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
    • If your package arrived damaged by the carrier, please contact USPS (File a claim) as soon as possible to initiate a parcel damage claim. Please note that while we always take extra special care in packing and shipping your items, we do not have control over how USPS handles your packages thereafter and we cannot be held responsible for their delivery practices.  
    • Please note that a minor packaging flaw that doesn't affect the contents is not considered a defect or damage for parcel insurance or refund claims.

    Refused or Undeliverable Packages: 

    • Packages returned due to a purchaser error, incorrect address provided or refused delivery are subject to a restocking fee of up to 30% of the original purchase price. 
    • Postage for reshipped packages will be billed to the purchaser. 

    Replacements on sold out items:

    • Due to the limited nature of our products, we cannot guarantee that the item(s) can be replaced.
    • Replacement for sold out items are not always available.

    Refunds on Store Pickup Purchases:

    Are you real picky with the condition of your box, paint quality, etc,? We totally understand. That's why we're offering hassle free refunds on all store pickup purchases. If you aren't 100% satisfied with your item(s), no problem! We'll provide you with a full refund of your purchase, no questions asked.
