FAQ: Shipping



Every order is packaged with extra care. Shipping materials we use may include, but are not limited to the following:
   — Bubblewrap/Packing Paper/Air Cushioning
   — 200# Test Corrugated Boxes
     • 60% stronger bursting strength.
     • Recommended for shipping up to 40 lbs.
     • 200# test boxes withstand 200 lbs/ of side wall pressure before bursting.

   • Most in-stock items are shipped within 1-2 business days. Please note that we do not ship on Sundays and National Holidays.
   • Our shipping rates vary and are determined by the size/weight of the product, as well as shipping address. Delivery times will vary depending on the carrier and shipping method.  
   • We cannot determine, in advance, what (if any) customs/duties fees will be. Unfortunately, we cannot mark international orders as a “gift” in order to bypass or reduce any customs fees. This is an illegal practice and we will not do this. For more information on customs and duties charges, please contact your local customs office.

   • All orders are shipped via a third party carrier. Because we do not have any control over how carriers will handle your package, please be aware that risk of damage and/or loss may occur.
   • If your package arrives damaged by the carrier, or has been lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can assist in resolving the issue.

   • Packages returned due to an incorrect address provided or refused delivery are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
   • Costs for reshipped packages will be billed to the purchaser.

   • Replacement for sold out items are not always available.
   • Due to the limited nature of some of our products, we cannot guarantee that the item(s) can be replaced.
   • If we are unable to replace your item(s), store credit will be issued.
