Every order is packaged with extra care. Shipping materials we use may include, but are not limited to the following:

— Recommended for shipping up to 40 lbs.

— Recommended for shipping up to 30 lbs.
— 32 ECT boxes withstand 32 lbs/linear inch of stacking weight before crushing.
• Purchase our Premium Pop! Protectors for added protection!
DELIVERY & RATES
• Most in-stock items are shipped within 1-3 business days. Please note that we do not ship on Sundays and National Holidays.
• We utilize CCS (Carrier Calculated Shipping) to determine shipping costs. Rates and delivery times will vary depending on weight and shipping destination.
• We are not responsible for any customs/duty/import/taxes/etc charges that may incur.
DAMAGE & LOSS

• All orders are shipped via a third party carrier. Because we do not have any control over how carriers will handle your package, please be aware that risk of damage and/or loss may occur.
• If your package arrives damaged by the carrier, or has been lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can assist in resolving the issue.
REFUSED & UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
• If your package arrives damaged by the carrier, or has been lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can assist in resolving the issue.
• Packages returned due to an incorrect address provided or refused delivery are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
• Costs for reshipped packages will be billed to the purchaser.

• Due to the limited nature of some of our products, we cannot guarantee that the item(s) can be replaced.
